SELECT is a family of pre employmen tassessments designed to predict success in specific entry level jobs. Each test has been specifically developed and validated for a specific job type (e.g. Customer Service, Retail Sales Associates, etc) or a group of jobs in a specific industry (e.g. Call Centers, Health Care, etc.).
